My character is glitched-lost all items and keyboard setting-

As above,my character,Rules,is glitched,while i was playing BTS,i suddenly was disconnected from the game.Then,after i log in back,all my items and keyboard setting are gone.Can gm help me?i dont really mind the skills at keyboard setting..but..i have lost quite a lot of items..such as 4 chaos scrolls,40 golden maple leaves,and 1x Event trophies.I hope gm can help me to fix this problem.Thank you.

hmm Sounds weird... Never happened to me before.

gm please help me..
i think the items are still in the inventory..
it just that i can't see and use the items..
i also cant buy items that already exist in my inv..
example..
i have jr reaper before i got the glitch..
when i try to buy the reaper,i will get an error..
same apply to all items..
i also cant get into cash shop..
also can't unequip my equiped items..
hope gm can help me..
